i am an experienced emotionally intelligent leader/woman of color with a Master’s Degree in Organizational Psychology, a graduate certification in Organizational Conflict Management, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.  Currently in the process of renewing my certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), I am a savvy professional who will swiftly contribute favorably to your organizational bottom line. With experience in a variety of leadership and individual contributor roles working with diverse populations from both a program management and direct service perspective, I bring a real world and hands on perspective intrinsic for business in today’s world.  Additionally, with the skill set of a seasoned entrepreneur  I am certain I will add value; immediately increasing your organizational Return on Investment.   A strategic thinker, I possess the power, drive and acumen to build sustainable organizational systems. Wilhelmina’s work experience has included roles as the Providian Learning Institute Program Manager (where she managed the Providian Learning Institute Corporate Training program); Shanti Volunteer Services & Training Manager, (where she designed and delivered training to effectively develop volunteers to support individuals living with Life threatening diseases such as HIV/AIDS and Breast Cancer);  as well as the HIV Health Services Planning Council Training and Evaluation Manager, (where she provided Training and Learning and organizational assessments/survey Services to the HIV Health Services Planning Council). Wilhelmina was the Training Manager of Fred Finch Youth Center, where she launched and managed the Agency's Training & Learning Program.

Most recently Wilhelmina served as the Business and Community Director of  Treasure Island Job Corps (a federally funded residential jobs program providing vocational and career training for youth between ages 16-24 where (as part of a six person leadership team) she successfully directed the community/public relations turnaround of the organization,  leading to enhanced national ranking (from No. 98 out of 124 to No. 1 out of 124); the # 1 Job Corps position in the U.S.

As a Leadership Coach/Development advisor, Wilhelmina has provided coaching to High Performers; analyzing, interpreting, and delivering “360 degree” assessments for Leadership development purposes.  Wilhelmina has also consulted with international firms in Organizational Effectiveness such as Fab Logistics, Nucura  Pharmaceuticals, and Tuntum Consulting (Ghana, W.
